PURPOSE: An outside insulation gang form device and an outside insulation wall construction method using the same are provided to facilitate a wall concrete work by adding a member with a simple structure to a gang form device and attaching an insulation material to the gang form device. CONSTITUTION: An outside insulation gang form device comprises a guide pipe (500), an insulation tie bolt (400), and a tie bolt connector (600). One end of the guide pipe is installed on the borehole of a vertical frame (VF) and subsequently the other end of the guide pipe is installed on the borehole of an outside mold panel (P1). The insulation tie bolt penetrates the guide pipe. The tip end of the insulation tie bolt is equipped with a male screw thread to be exposed to the outside of an insulation material (I). The insulation tie bolt perpendicularly penetrates the surface of the insulation material. The tie bolt connector is equipped with a female screw thread to be fastened to the tip end of the insulation tie bolt and is embedded into wall concrete (C).
