PURPOSE: A method and a device for hardening non digging pipelines of water supply are provided to reduce times for hardening a reinforcing tube by the dry heat and steam discharged to a spraying nozzle by installing a drying device supplying dry heat without generating the condensed water when a hardening work of the reinforcing tube is processed. CONSTITUTION: A method for hardening non digging pipelines of water supply comprises the following steps: reversing a reinforce tube (4) inside the pipeline; sealing internal pressure of a reverse checking device (10) after a reversal device is separated from the reverse checking device; emitting the dry heat and steam where the condensed water is removed inside the reinforce tube in a ratio of 8:2 through a spraying nozzle (36); completely hardening the reinforce tube; and inserting the spraying nozzle of a mixing nozzle gun (30) into a hose inserting hole (14) of the reverse checking device and opening a sealing member of the reverse checking device.
