Summary:PURPOSE: A smart wall socket is provided to offer a wall socket with improved compatibility, which is capable of accommodating the both of a 220V plug and a universal serial bus (USB) plug. CONSTITUTION: A smart wall socket comprises a case (10), a 220V plug reception unit (30), and a USB plug reception unit (40). A 220V plug insertion hole (11) and a USB plug insertion hole are formed at the case. The 220V plug reception unit is assembled to the rear side of the 220V plug insertion hole for supplying power to a 220V plug. The USB plug reception unit is assembled to the rear side of the USB plug insertion hole for supplying power to a USB plug.
