Summary:PURPOSE: A toxic substance blocking composition is provided to absorb and block toxic substances such as formaldehyde, toluene, ammonia, iodine, or phenol discharged from interior material, furniture, or wallpaper in which the toxic substances are applied. CONSTITUTION: A composition for absorption or block of toxic substances comprises a first liquefaction material with electrolytic reduced water, zeolite, bentonite, natural scent releasing substance, and anion water; a second liquefaction material with the electrolytic reduced water, activated carbon, and graphite; antimicrobial; alcohol with carbon number of 1-4; peroxide; and sodium chloride. A production method to absorb or block toxic materials includes the following steps; a step that obtains the first liquefaction material (a); a step that obtains the second liquefaction material (b); a step that obtains a reserve composition adding antimicrobial alcohol with carbon number of 1-4; peroxide and sodium chloride after agitating and mixing the first liquefaction and the second liquefaction (C); and a step that obtains a composition to absorb or to block toxic substances in a sol state aging the reserve substance for 24-35 hours at 30-35 degree C.
