Summary:PURPOSE: A cycle lane pavement structure and a construction method are provided to maximize environmentally friendly performance of a cycle lane pavement and to include excellent heat island effect releasing performance due to the material property of red clay. CONSTITUTION: A cycle lane pavement structure comprises a permeable substratum(20) and a surface layer(30). The permeable substratum is formed on the upper part of a roadbed(10). The substratum is formed on the upper part of the permeable substratum by a mixture of a red clay plastic ball and a colorless asphalt binder.
