Summary:PURPOSE: A treatment facility using palm by-products and palm oil mill effluent(POME) and a method thereof are provided to use liquid as liquefied fertilizer of plants including a palm tree and use solid and liquid separated sludge as a renewable energy source by pelletization. CONSTITUTION: A treatment method using palm by-products and palm oil mill effluent comprises the following steps: collecting waste heat of effluent which is finally discharged in a palm oil manufacturing process and cooling the same; adjusting the pH by adding a neutralizing agent to the cooled POME; adding a coagulant to the POME; first eliminating a liquid phase from the POME while concentrating the POME; manufacturing 70-80% of POME dehydrated cake by dehydrating the POME; second eliminating the liquid phase in a desiccation process; offering the coagulant to the first eliminated liquid phase in the concentration step and the second eliminated liquid phase in the desiccation step and removing the floating materials; oxidizing organic substance while aerating the floating material removed liquid phase for 3-7 days and manufacturing the liquid fertilizer; mixing palm kernel shell, palm oil decanter cake, palm kernel cake, and the POME dehydrated cake manufactured in the desiccation step; molding the same into a pellet form after selecting the foreign substances; and drying the pellets.
