CONSTITUTION: A housing includes a receiving space inside. A light emitting unit(400) is combined in the lower part of the housing. A heat dissipation unit(300) is installed in the receiving space. A drive unit(500) drives the heat dissipation unit by driving a drive motor. A control unit controls the driving of the drive unit.
