Summary: | PURPOSE: A variable flow pump control system with an energy-saving function, an equipment protective function, and an accident prevention function is provided to confirm a pump controlling condition and an operating state at one go with a panel PC installed in a local control panel in emergency, thereby rapidly repairing and providing A/S. CONSTITUTION: A variable flow pump control system with an energy-saving function, an equipment protective function, and an accident prevention function comprises an in-situ pump package(110), a local control panel(120), a panel PC(130), a central monitoring panel(20), and a smart terminal(30). The in-situ pump package composed of a variable flow pump, valves, and sensors supplies or recovers fluid of a supply source to/from a load side according to control signals. The local control panel receives temperature, pressure, a flow rate, an equipment state, an equipment emergency signals from the in-situ pump package, transmits the same to the panel PC, inform the central monitoring panel through a communication network, and controls the pump and the valves of the in-situ pump package according to the control signals of the central monitoring panel or panel PC. Exclusive S/W including a control logic for operating the in-situ pump package is installed in the panel PC. The central monitoring panel displays an operated state of equipment so that an operator can monitor, transmits the manipulation of the operator through the communication network to the local control panel, and transmits an operated state of a site to the smart terminal of the operator. A remote-control application for a remote control is installed in the smart terminal so that the smart terminal is connected to the central monitoring panel.
