PURPOSE: A polymethyl(meth)acrylate resin composition is provided to improve optical properties, processing and color stability, thereby being used for an LCD light-guiding plate. CONSTITUTION: A polymethyl(meth)acrylate resin composition for an LCD light-guiding plate comprises a phosphorus-based antioxidant represented by chemical formula 1 based on a copolymer which consists of one or more monomers selected from a methylmethacrylate polymer with a dimethylfuran content of 40ppm or methacrylate-based or acrylate-based monomer; and a methyl methacrylate which has 40ppm or less of dimethylfuran. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is C8-22 alkyl or alkenyl.
