Summary:PURPOSE: An ARP(Address Resolution Protocol) time control method in a V2I(Vehicle To Infrastructure) network is provided to control ARP time for a VCD(Vehicle Communication Device) using situation information of the VCD in an RSU(Road Side Unit). CONSTITUTION: An RSU transmits a broadcasting message to a VCD. The RSU receives a connection request message from the VCD. The RSU controls ARP time using situation information of the VCD(S533). The RSU assigns an IP(Internet Protocol) to the VCD by applying the controlled ARP time. The RSU performs data communication corresponding to the request of the VCD(S570).
