PURPOSE: An image matching method and an unmanned traffic controlling system using the same are provided to control a speeding controlling device to accurately match image information with the violation information of a vehicle by generating photograph banning information for transmitting the information to the speeding controlling device. CONSTITUTION: A loop detection devices(7,7') are mounted to be laid under a road(4). The loop detection device detects a signal when a vehicle(8) passes. A controller(3) of a speeding controlling device detects the speed of the driving vehicle for matching image information with the violation information of the vehicle. A camera control device(5) drives a camera(6) for securing the image of the vehicle violated regulations. A control center(9) receives matching information including the image information and the violation information of the vehicle from the controller.
