Summary:PURPOSE: A rolling mat is provided to allow easy and rapid use thereof and to be used as a simple tent by using a sun visor. CONSTITUTION: A rolling mat comprises a mat accommodating container, a mat(20) which is spread or rolled according to the rotation of the mat accommodating container, and a pillow unit(30) which is formed with an opening unit and is supported on the outer periphery of the mat accommodating container by bearings. The mat accommodating container comprises a rotary container and a pair of rotary plates.
