Summary: | PURPOSE: A heat-radiating sheet is provided to quickly absorb heat generated from various heating sources of electric components, and to prevent performance or efficiency loss of the electric components. CONSTITUTION: A heat-radiating sheet(100) for an LED lighting comprises 11.5-20 parts by weight of binder, 1.5-15 parts by weight of dispersant, and 1.5-17 parts by weight of filler(120) in the binder, and has a whole thickness of 20-40 microns. The filler comprises a plurality of flake type conductive ceramics which are arranged in parallel. The binder is one or more resins selected from a polyolefin-based, polyacryl-based, polyurethane-based, or polyester-based resin.
