Summary:PURPOSE: A data providing method of a BIM(Building Information Modeling) server is provided to prevent a client from having an application program for simulation by providing result data indicating a simulation result about a building corresponding to a request of a client. CONSTITUTION: A BIM server receives building information and simulation kind information from a client(S10). The BIM server searches a BIM data file of a database for data corresponding to the building information and the simulation kind information(S12). The BIM server selects an application provider computer corresponding to the simulation kind information(S16). The BIM server transmits the searched data to the application provider computer(S30). The BIM server receives simulation result data from the application provider computer and transmits the result data to the client(S38).
