Summary: | PURPOSE: A split winding device for manufacturing a cable tension measuring sensor is provided to improve work efficiency by efficiently performing a wire winding task for installing a tension measuring sensor in a cable for a bridge. CONSTITUTION: A split winding device for manufacturing a cable tension measuring sensor comprises a body housing(10), a plurality of pressing-coupling ports, a controlling handle(30), a coupling ring(40), a driven gear(50), a driving gear(60), and a driving motor(70). The body housing is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape of a split assembled structure which is split into several pieces. The pressing-coupling ports are arranged in the inside of the body housing and have fixed curvature to be pressed-coupled with the cable. A handle shaft of the controlling handle is coupled to the body housing with a screw in order to control a pressing force of the pressing-coupling ports and penetrated-coupled. The coupling ring is joined to one side of the body housing and has a structure which is split into several pieces. The driven gear is fitted into the coupling ring to be rotatable and forms a structure which is spilt into several pieces. The driving gear is engaged in one side of the driven gear in order to transmit a driving force to the driven gear. The driving motor transmits the driving force to the driving motor. |
