PURPOSE: An apparatus for protecting the membrane and the system of a mobile water purifier is provided to improve the efficiency of water purification by installing a self-generating facility and operating the water purifier without the supply of power. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for protecting the membrane and the system for a mobile water purifier includes a temperature sensor(130) at the front side of a microfiltration unit(30). If a temperature detected by the temperature sensor is lower than or equal to a pre-determined value, a signal is transmitted to a PLC circulating process to operate a feed-pump(150). A bypass valve(220), a treated water rinsing valve(240), and a concentrated water rinsing valve(260) are opened, and the feed-pump is operated to circulate treated water from the rinsing tank to a membrane(52). The mobile water purifier operates by controlling the valves. When the mobile water purifier is stopped, the bypass valve is opened. Feed water passes through the membrane by the feed-pump, and feed water of high concentration is drained from the membrane to the external side of the mobile water purifier.
