Summary:PURPOSE: A voice recognizing system and a speaker recognizing method using the same are provided to authenticate a user in consideration of the matching degrees about all security sentences and security words. CONSTITUTION: A security sentence generating unit provides a security sentence to a person who requests authentication(S410). A voice recording unit records a voice of the person about the provided security sentence(S420). A security word extracting unit extracts a voice portion of the security word from the recorded security sentence when a sentence matching degree is higher than a reference degree(S430,S450). An authentication unit authenticates the person when the sentence matching degree is higher than a reference degree(S460,S470).
