PURPOSE: An indoor partition frame for a two story structure and a construction method thereof are provided to conveniently install barrier plates or windows in a frame and to facilitate installation and dismantlement works. CONSTITUTION: An indoor partition frame for a two story structure comprises a horizontal frame(1), a vertical frame(2), and an intermediate frame(3). The horizontal frame and the vertical frame respectively comprise a supporting tube, insertion grooves, a fixing groove, packing members, and pressing members. The insertion grooves are formed in both inner ends of the supporting tube and a glass window(W) is inserted in the insertion grooves. The fixing groove is formed in the outer surface of the supporting tube and a fixed plate fixed on a floor, a ceiling, and inner walls of a building is inserted in the fixing groove. The packing members and the pressing members are respectively inserted in both sides of a front end of the insertion grooves. And press and support the window inserted in the insertion grooves. The intermediate frame comprises a supporting tube having fastening grooves, pressers having fastening protrusions, insertion grooves, packing members, and pressing members.
