Summary: | PURPOSE: A pressure pump for ground stabilization and a construction method using the same are provided to continuously stabilize the ground by maximizing frictional resistance between the wall surface of a borehole and grouting. CONSTITUTION: A pressure pump for ground stabilization comprises a cylinder body(10), a cylindrical piston(30), a piston rod(40), and a piston rod guide(50). The cylinder body has a screw thread(11), a suction port(12), a discharge port(13), a discharge passage(15), and a circular plate valve(20). The suction port sucks grout liquid. The discharge port discharges air to the outside. The piston reciprocates inside the cylinder body. A rubber ring(31) and a packing(32) are coupled to the outer surface of the piston. The piston rod is connected to the top of the piston and a boring machine. The piston rod guide is coupled to the top end of the cylinder body and supports the piston rod. |
