Summary:PURPOSE: An automatic webpage generating device and a webpage editing device according to an MVC development methodology are provided to increase productivity and to easily perform maintenance and repair by simply making a webpage through connection of a controller or a model. CONSTITUTION: Module database(140) stores a predefined model and controller description code module. A parsing unit(120) reads out and parses a template code file including a screen view code and a predefined control code. A module assembling unit(130) records the screen view code in an output webpage description file and extracts the controller description code module from database. The module assembling unit records the controller description code module in a webpage description file.
