PURPOSE: A gas dissolving apparatus for water from water works and sewage and wastewater is provided to reduce energy by lowering the pressure of injected gas without a separate stirrer and a pump. CONSTITUTION: Feed water and gas pass through a gas dissolving unit such that gas is dissolved in the feed water. Bubbles raised based on buoyancy and collides with the lower parts of stick fins(5). The retention time of the gas is extended to continuously dissolve the gas in the feed water. Enlarged bubbles of the gas with the feed water pass through a gap between stick. A bubble collecting and dissolving module(6) is composed of walls. An introducing side wall is opened, and the feed water and raising bubbles are entered through the introducing side wall. An opposite side wall and lateral side walls are closed and blocks the raising bubbles to increase the retention time of the gas in the feed water.
