Summary:PURPOSE: An inkjet head driving method is provided to accurately spread ink at a set position on a substrate even in case a stage is dropped by controlling an ink discharging time of an inkjet head according to a dropping amount of the stage. CONSTITUTION: An inkjet head driving method is as follows. Surface shape information of a stage is obtained as 3D coordinate information. Surface shape information of a substrate is obtained on the assumption that the surface shape information of the stage is same with the surface shape information of the substrate. A deflection amount of the substrate at a position where ink is spread is obtained from the surface shape information of the substrate. A time in which the ink discharged from an inkjet head drops as much as the deflection amount of the substrate is calculated. The inkjet head is controlled so that the ink is discharged in advance as long as the time.
