Summary: | PURPOSE: An F- lens optical system for a CO2 laser machining apparatus is provided to simultaneously process a plurality of processing points of a work piece, thereby improving work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An F- lens optical system for a CO2 laser machining apparatus comprises first to third lenses(10,20,30) successively arranged from an optical source. The first lens is formed with a convex surface(R1) and a concave surface(R2) and has a positive refractive index. The second lens is formed with a concave surface(R3) and a concave surface(R4) and has a negative refractive index. The third lens is formed with a convex surface(R5) and a convex surface(R6) and has a positive refractive index. When the optical full length of the F- lens optical system is T and the post focal length is BFL, 1.3<BFL/T<1.4. When the effective focal length of the F- lens optical system is EFL, 0.8<BFL/EFL<0.9. |
