Summary:PURPOSE: A bottom installation type escape ladder device with an improved collapsible ladder is provided to minimize the shaking of a ladder even if the ladder is suddenly unfolded. CONSTITUTION: A bottom installation type escape ladder device(100) with an improved collapsible ladder comprises a frame(110), upper and lower doors(120,130), link members(140), a ladder(300), and a hoist(150). The frame is formed in a box shape, and the top and bottom are opened. The upper and lower doors are hinged on the top and bottom of the frame and open and close the top and bottom of the frame. The link members are arranged inside the frame and connect the upper and lower doors. The ladder is arranged inside the frame and is unfolded through the bottom of the frame in an emergency. The hoist folds and unfolds the ladder.
