Summary:PURPOSE: A brain wave detecting headset and a method for determining the wearing thereof are provided to determine the wearing of the brain wave detecting headset by comparing an object mean value and a wearing criteria range. CONSTITUTION: A brain wave detecting headset(10) comprises one or more brain wave detection electrodes(11a,11b,11c), an analog processing module(12), a digital processing module(13), a wearing determining unit(17), and a headset interface unit(16). The brain wave detecting headset can externally comprise a head band part and a module receiving part. The head band part is used in order to surround the outer surface of a user head. The brain wave detection electrode is installed on the inner side of the head band part. The analog processing module processes brain wave signals of the brain wave detection electrode which are analog signals. The digital processing module converts the analog signal into the digital signal.
