PURPOSE: A wind power generator controller which has a permanent magnet generator malfunction detection function is provided to inform an operation control state and malfunction of a wind power generator to a user. CONSTITUTION: A wind power output controller(200) outputs load output voltage to be supplied to a load by receiving three-phase output voltage outputted from a permanent magnet type generator(100). A malfunction signal detection part(300) generates an out-of-order signal by detecting phase differences of phase voltage of the permanent magnet type generator. A malfunction control part(400) detects malfunction detection RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) using the out-of-order signal detected from the malfunction signal detection part. The malfunction control part detects RPM according to actual output voltage using the output voltage. The malfunction control part determines a malfunction state of the permanent magnet type generator and provides malfunction state information to wind power output controller. A malfunction state display part(500) displays the malfunction state determined by the malfunction control part.
