Summary:PURPOSE: A pixel array for driving a high resolution pixel and an image sensor including the same are provided to improve the sensitivity of an image sensor by remarkably reducing a pixel distance from a photoelectric conversion part to a light receiving part and greatly reducing a stacking height. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric transformation part(120) is formed on a pixel region of each pixel. A metal 0 layer(M0) is formed on a transistor of the pixel region. A metal 1 layer(M1) is formed on the metal 0 layer. A light receiving part(140) is formed on the metal 1 layer. The light receiving part includes a color filter(142) and a micro lens(144).
