Summary: | PURPOSE: A non-digging pipeline hardening method for water and sewer pipes is provided to complete a curing process by rapidly delivering thermal energy to an end part of a reinforcing tube by spraying a steam through an outlet hole of a propulsion pipe. CONSTITUTION: A non-digging pipeline hardening method for water and sewer pipes is as follows. A propelling nozzle(20) and a propelling pipe(24) driven by propulsion pressure of the compressed air is propelled along the inside of a reinforcing tube. Vapor heat and air are provided in the propulsion pipe and spray vapor heat through a discharge hole of the propulsion pipe in order to reinforce a reinforcing tube. The vapor heat sprayed in the propulsion pipe is evenly sprayed into the reinforcing tube and prevents the bad construction of the reinforce tube. |
