Summary:PURPOSE: An electrolytic dephosphorization-type membrane bio-reactor(MBR) advanced water treating apparatus is provided to improve the eliminating efficiency of phosphorus due to electrolysis by simultaneously treat organic materials, nitrogen, and phosphorus from sewage and wastewater. CONSTITUTION: An intermittent aeration reactor(10) includes an intermittent aerating unit and receives treating water and active sludge. An MBR(20) includes a treated water discharging unit and an aerating unit and receives mixed liquid from the intermittent aeration reactor. A transiting bath(30) accelerates denitrification by reducing the dissolved oxygen of the active sludge from the MBR. A treated water circulating part circulates a part of treated water from the MBR to the intermittent aeration reactor and the MBR. An electrolyzing part(100) includes an electrolyzing bath and an electrode module and reduces phosphorus from the treated water from the MBR. An internal transferring unit transfers the active sludge to the intermittent aeration reactor.
