Summary:PURPOSE: An anti-slip adhesive composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to apply in non-absorbing materials and improve in an anti-slip characteristic. CONSTITUTION: An anti-slip adhesive composition comprises 1.0-6.0 weight% of a thermoplastic elastomer which is a mixture of a thermoplastic elastomer having 4000-5000 cps(25deg.C) viscosity and a thermoplastic elastomer with 800-1600cps(25deg.C) viscosity, 2.0-12.0 weight% of C9 series aromatic family petroleum resin which is a class 1 or 2 mixture chosen from C9 series aromatic petroleum resin having 30-18000 cps(200deg.C) viscosity and 850-3000 average molecular weight, 0.1-2.0 weight% of C5 series aliphatic family petroleum resin, and 80.0-96.9 weight% of organic solvent.
