Summary:PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a heat dissipation body for LED lighting which uses carbon fiber is provided to reduce the weight of the heat dissipation body to 80 percent of the weight of an aluminum heat dissipation body, thereby improving thermal conductivity of the heat dissipation body to 130 percent of the aluminum heat dissipation body. CONSTITUTION: A mixed ingredient is arranged by making and mixing materials for manufacturing an LED lighting heat dissipation body. The mixed ingredient is comprised of a filling material of 20 to 60 weight percent, an additive of 10 to 40 weight percent, a hardening material of 5 to 10 weight percent, a cross-linking stabilizer of 3 to 10 weight percent, and a lubricant of 1 to 5 weight percent. The mixed ingredient is injected in a metal mold with a 70 to 120 °C temperature condition. The heat dissipation body in a desired shape is molded by pressing the mixed ingredient injected in the metal mold in a 250 to 1500 kg/cm^2 pressure condition. The hardening material is selected among thermosetting resin and thermoplastic resin or a mixture of the same.
