Summary:PURPOSE: An ozone oxidizing apparatus with an oxygen recycling function is provided to improve the using rate of ozone by sucking remaining oxygen and ozone through a wastewater purifying process from a contactor using a vacuum pump and repeatedly supplying the oxygen and the ozone into the contactor. CONSTITUTION: An ozone generator(100) generates ozone from oxygen. A contactor(200) dissolves ozone in wastewater under the pressure of 0-2.5kg/cm^2. The ozone is supplied from the ozone generator using a backflow preventer(400). Remaining ozone and gaseous oxygen are sucked from the contactor by a vacuum pump(300). The sucked oxygen and ozone are supplied into the contactor. Exhaust ozone decompressor(500) purifies ozone contained in the oxygen which is supplied from the contactor. The purified oxygen is compressed using a compressor(600). An oxygen generator(700) supplies the compressed oxygen and new oxygen into the ozone generator.
