Summary: | PURPOSE: A fermented beverage using medical herbs as main ingredients, and a producing method thereof are provided to effectively offer useful components of the medical herbs to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a fermented beverage using medical herbs as main ingredients comprises a step of pouring 600L of purified water into 100kg of mixture of rice straws and licorice, and fermenting the mixture for 180 days at 10-15 deg C. The fermented beverage also can be produced by fermenting 100kg of mixture including the rice straws and mica with 600L of purified water for 180 days at 10-15 deg C, or fermenting 100kg of mixture including the rice straw, the licorice, and the mica with 600L of purified water for 180 days at 10-15 deg C. |
