PURPOSE: A regenerating device is provided to produce a recycling chip for a recycled product by sorting and processing regenerative materials. CONSTITUTION: A first dissolution unit(210) dissolves compressed recycling materials. A second dissolution unit(310) completely dissolves the dissolved recycling materials. A sorting unit(410) sorts the recycling materials according to materials and colors. A grinding unit(510) produces a recycling chip by using the sorted recycling materials. A cleaning unit(610) cleans the recycling chip. A drying unit(710) dries the cleaned recycling chip. A discharging unit(810) discharges the dried recycling chips.
