Summary: | PURPOSE: A degreasing method for metal powder injection molding is provided to secure the safety of a sintering process and improve the quality of products by completely removing the remaining binder. CONSTITUTION: A degreasing method for metal powder injection molding comprises steps of: mixing a binder and metal powder(S1), injection-molding the mixed material into a desired shape(S2), removing the binder included in the injection molded product(S3), and completing the shape of the injection molded product through high-temperature sintering(S4). The binder removing step includes a catalyst degreasing step(S31) and a pyrolysis degreasing step(S32) which are consecutively implemented. The pyrolysis degreasing step includes a resin degreasing step(S321) and a reinforcing agent degreasing step(S322). |
