Summary: | PURPOSE: A coating method of nylon/polyester partition yarn for transfer print is provided to reinforce heat resistance of the nylon/polyester partition yarn and not to cause degradations of fabric material properties in the transfer print process carried out at a high temperature of 200~240°C. CONSTITUTION: The coating method of nylon/polyester partition yarn for transfer print is as follows. A mixed solution mixes coating undiluted solution, nonionic system thickening agent and water as remnant. The coating undiluted solution contains amino modification silicon, cation-based waterborne polyurethane, and fluorine-based resin. The nylon/polyester partition yarn for transfer print is obtained after coating the nylon/polyester partition yarn with a knife coating method, drying it and stabilizing the shape at 150~170°C. |
