PURPOSE: An apparatus for cleaning and inspecting a pipe for changing a water system and a method for exchanging a water supply pipeline using the same are provided to improve work efficiency by eliminating foreign substances and scales from the inner wall of a pipeline when pig passes through the pipeline. CONSTITUTION: A method for exchanging a water supply pipeline using an apparatus(A) for cleaning and inspecting a pipe for changing a water system is as follows. An old pipeline(100) is selected. The buried position of the old pipeline is excavated. Obstacles around the old pipeline are moved to the other place. The flow of water is stopped by cutting of front and rear valves(V1,V2) of the old pipeline. The oil pipeline between the front and rear valves is separated from each other. The apparatus is connected to the front and rear valves. A new pipeline(200) is installed to connect the apparatus to the other apparatus.
