PURPOSE: An instant grain milling apparatus is provided to completely collect the husks of grain and the dust remaining in grains by controlling the press adhered closely to an outlet formed in a hulling housing by a rotary plate. CONSTITUTION: An instant grain milling apparatus includes: a feed part(100) in which a hopper supplying grains is included; a rice-hulling unit equipped with the hulling housing, a transport screw(210), a rotary shaft(220) and a bran-removing net(240) in which rice bran is separated while the surface of rotating grains is rubbed on the transport screw; a first collection part equipped with a hulling suction tube(300) and a dust collection container(310); a discharge unit(400) consisting of an outlet and a discharge tube; and a second dust collection unit(500) equipped with a dust collection plate(510) and a dust suction tube(520).
