Summary:PURPOSE: A debris barrier which can harmonize with natural environment and enable the small sized animal to move through the barrier is provided to improve a replacing and accessing property by using the detachable structure of a center part. CONSTITUTION: A debris barrier comprises a base concrete(110), a main body concrete(120), a guide reinforcing material, an H-steel screen(150), an H-steel support stand(160), an H-steel guide and a plurality of vegetation bags. The base concrete is formed by evenly pouring concrete to a river floor. The guide reinforcing material is buried in the main body concrete and is arranged in vertical and horizontal directions according to the shape of a guide groove. The H-steel screen is inserted into the guide groove. The guide groove is formed at the H-steel support stand.
