Summary: | PURPOSE: A hybrid vibration isolator is provided to maximize structural stability by reducing and isolating vibration and to maximally absorb vibration using a high damping rubber. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid vibration isolator comprises a main housing(10), a damping rod(20), a protruded flange, damping rubbers(11), metal plates(12), first connection plates(13,14), and second connection plates(23,24). The main housing stores semi-movable oil. The damping rod horizontally passes through the main housing. The protruded flange is protruded from the middle end of the damping rod in order to improve frictional force. The damping rubbers are integrally formed in the top and bottom of the housing. The metal plates are loaded inside the damping rubber. The first connection plates are formed in the ends of the damping rubbers. The second connection plates are formed in both ends of the damping rod. |
