Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus for pulling a stringing of a suspension insulator device and a stringing working process using the same are provided to reduce the time and costs of a stringing work by excluding a winch and a winch transfer vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A wire pulling device(300) is arranged around an arm to pull a wire. A fixing device fixes a wire pulling device to an arm of a pylon. A moving device(500) horizontally moves the wire pulling device fixed to the arm of the pylon and includes a wire clamp(510), a wire(530), and a length adjusting device(540). The wire clamp is fixed to the wire. The length adjusting device adjusts the length of the wire.
