Summary:PURPOSE: A hand-off method of an image wireless apparatus is provided to improve the stability of a wireless link by using train service information. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) fundamental channel for communications between a lagging device and a on-board apparatus is set(S10). The lagging device and the on-board apparatus receive train service information(S20). The on-board apparatus grasps a linked organization channel from a train service information analyzing DB(S30). The on-board apparatus changes a RF transmission-reception channel and set a link by comparing the train service information with the linked organization channel(S40). The on-board apparatus periodically receives the train service information(S50). The on-board device executes a hand-off process by searching the train service information analyzing DB(S60).
