CONSTITUTION: A toothbrush using operation pattern of upward and downward movement comprises: first and second heads(20,24) which are formed side by side at an interval; two bristles(30) which are serially installed at the inner side of the first and second heads in the longitudinal direction; holes which are respectively formed in both side ends of the first and second heads; C-type loop(40) which is rotationally inserted into the holes; a guide in which both ends are fixed to both lower ends of the first head; a carrying member; and a grip(10) which is extended to the bottom part of the carrying member.
