PURPOSE: A plastic ampoule manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing thereof are provided to prevent contents from becoming spoiled by blocking up the inflow of foreign materials into the inside of a plastic ampule. CONSTITUTION: A plastic ampoule manufacturing apparatus(100) comprises a source supplying unit(110), a raw material heating unit(120), a parison supply unit(130), a sealing and cutting unit(140), and a nitrogen supply unit(150). The source supplying unit supplies the raw material of the plastic ampule. The raw material heating unit fuses the raw material with heating. The parison supply unit transforms the fused raw material into an ellipse parison and supplies the parison. The sealing and cutting unit comprises sealing members and cutting members(142). The sealing members is surface-contacted and rotated so that the lower part of the parison can be sealed. The cutting member cuts the parison.
