Summary:PURPOSE: A rehydration processing method of a high water-content sludge cake is provided to remarkably reduce generation rate of sludge waste by performing a secondary dehydration through a first dehydration belt press device. CONSTITUTION: A rehydration processing method of a high water-content sludge cake comprises the following steps: inflowing the sludge cake into a storing hopper(20); mixing first processing water and the sludge cake using a mixer(40); supplying the reduced sludge cake to the inside of a reduction tank to perform a grinding process; mixing the reduced sludge cake and second processing water to dilute the solid content to 6~14%; inserting the reduced sludge cake to a line mixer(130); inducing the coherence of the reduced sludge cake; firstly dehydrating the reduced sludge cake using a concentration dehydrator(170); moving the dehydrated liquid to a processing water storage tank(230), and inserting the dehydrated liquid to the storing hopper or the reduction tank; and secondly dehydrating the sludge exhausted from a series concentration extractor.
