Summary:PURPOSE: A water supply and drainage non-excavation conduit line device is provided to improve the removing scale efficiency of the conduit line by reversely rotating a scale cleaning member and a scale removing member. CONSTITUTION: A water supply and drainage non-excavation conduit line device comprises front and rear scale removing members. The front scale removing member is included of a guide member(10), a slide member(20), a rotating member(30), a scale washing member and scale cleaning and removing devices(40,50). The guide member steadily moves according to a bendable conduit line. The guide member has a semicircular rotary blade. The roller of the slide member moves with the elastic force of the spring along the wall of the conduit line.
