CONSTITUTION: A gas discharge device for waste landfill sites includes the following: a vertical gas collecting pipe(110) collecting landfill gas and built in a waste landfill layer; a guide pipe(120) blocking leakage of the landfill gas; a landfill gas transfer pipe(170) discharging the landfill gas collected in the vertical gas collecting pipe; and a top gas collecting pipe(130) consisting of a perforated drain pipe(132), a pinholeless pipe(134) and a connection part(136).
