Summary: | PURPOSE: A porous scaffold for guided tissue regeneration and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which make mechanical property excellent even and improve engraft rate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a porous scaffold for guided tissue regeneration comprises a step for forming a silk layer using woven silk from which the sericin is removed; a step for forming a collagen sponge layer by freeze-drying after applying collagen on the silk layer; and a step for cross-linking the silk layer and collagen sponge layer. The collagen sponge layer is produced using more than one mixture selected from a group consisting of glycosaminoglycan, collagen, or hyaluronic acid. |
