Summary: | PURPOSE: A heat exchanger with a near infrared ray heater and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to transfer heat effectively to fluid flowing through a fluid induction pipe by forming a plurality of heat-radiating protrusions increasing a heating surface area. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger with a near infrared ray heater comprises a central pipe(10), a plurality of fluid induction pipes(20), a plurality of heat dissipation protrusions(22), and a connection pipe. A near infrared ray heater(30) is inserted into the central pipe. The fluid induction pipe is coupled with the outer circumference of the central pipe. The heat dissipation protrusion is extended according to the longitudinal direction of the fluid induction pipe and is projected form the inner circumference of the fluid induction pipe. The connection pipe connects the fluid induction pipe coupled with the central pipe. |
