Summary:PURPOSE: A water treatment device using a magnetic having improved attachment property of magnetized floc is provided to improve quality of processed water with improvement of attaching performance. CONSTITUTION: A water treatment device includes a general mixer, a mixer having a magnetic on an agitating vane, a water pump and a magnetic plate(7). The magnetic plate includes an iron plate, one or more permanent magnets, and an upper cover. The permanent magnet is attached on the iron plate. A magnetic floc detaching rod(8) is formed to remove the magnetized floc from the magnetic plate.
